Launch of STAR Comprehensive Stroke Centre: Transforming Stroke Care in Hyderabad


Hyderabad, 8th January 2025: STAR Hospitals proudly announced the launch of the STAR Comprehensive Stroke Centre, a state-of-the-art facility aimed at transforming stroke care in Hyderabad. The grand launch event was held on Wednesday, 8th January 2025, at 12:00 PM at B Block, 5th Floor, STAR Hospitals, Banjara Hills, followed by lunch.


Stroke remains one of the leading causes of death and disability in India, affecting millions annually. Recognizing the urgent need for timely and multidisciplinary care, STAR Hospitals has introduced this advanced centre to provide rapid, comprehensive treatment under one roof.


The launch event showcased the pillars of the STAR Comprehensive Stroke Centre, highlighting the expertise of its multidisciplinary team and successful case studies. Adding a personal touch, the event featured inspiring recovery stories shared by stroke survivors, made possible through the centre’s exceptional care
