“Mixing Fruits and Culture,”@ Culinary Academy of India


Hyderabad, 23rd November 2024: The Culinary Academy of India, proudly known as Brand CAI, ignited its Annual Fruit Mixing Ceremony on Friday, in a spectacular celebration of culinary artistry and cultural fusion. The theme, “Mixing Fruits and Culture,” beautifully encapsulated the essence of this vibrant event. 


We were honored to welcome Ms. Maud Migeau, the esteemed Director of Alliance Francaise of Hyderabad, as our distinguished chief guest, alongside the remarkable Mr. Bomi Patell, COO of BOMPAT Recruiters, who graced the occasion as the guest of honor. 


In a dazzling display of creativity, students crafted iconic landmarks—the Charminar and the Eiffel Tower—using an array of colorful dry fruits, perfectly embodying our theme. The final-year students reveled in the joyous atmosphere, enthusiastically chanting the theme as they mixed the fruits with exuberance. These fruits will undergo a month-long soaking in a symphony of aromatic spices and luscious juices, transforming into the legendary plum cake that Brand CAI is renowned for. Our time-honored recipe fills the air with an irresistible fragrance that captivates the entire neighborhood. 


These exquisite cakes will be lovingly packaged as gift hampers for hoteliers across the city and our cherished supporters. The countdown has begun to the moment when the bells will ring, heralding the arrival of our delectable creations!
