Hyderabad, October 2024:: The Telangana High Court has lifted the ban imposed by the Telangana transport department suspending the debarrment order allowing the company to participate in the upcoming tender process.
Colorplast is a global leader of smart card manufacturer & embedded technology solutions and had filed a writ petition basis which the order from the high court directed the state to allow Colorplast to participate in the new tender while suspending the debarment order.
On the situation, Head of Legal Affairs – Saurabh Yadav said “We are grateful that the High Court has upheld justice against these unfounded allegations. Colorplast is one of India’s largest homegrown Card manufacturers & systems integration IT company, who claims that this entire episode was perpetuated by an NGO at behest of its arch-rival. It is also interesting to note that a Senior Official from this arch-rival company was seen present during the hearing of this matter, directing the advocates appearing on behalf of the self-proclaimed NGO.
