Hyderabad, January 07, 2025: The newly nominated Members ZRUCC Noor and DRUCC P. Bharadwaj urged in the memorandum to extend 12861/62 Vishakapatnam- Mahabubnagar express up to Kurnool city or Mantralayam Road for the benefit of devotees of Sri. Raghavendra Swamy and arrange halts to all express trains at Malkajgiri since station is getting all passenger amenities like lifts, escalators, AC waiting halls and VIP lounge etc under Amrit Bharat Station Scheme and Association thanks Railway Ministry.
Association further requested to sanction ROB/RUB/Subways near Neredmet Railway station and L C Gate no 255 Malkajgiri and additional Platform adjacent to east booking office Malkajgiri to avoid usage of Lifts and Escalators thus save power. The President of MMTS Travellers Association Noor expressed thanks to MOSR, GM SCR and DRM Secunderabad division for timely opening of Charlapalli terminal and urged the Ministers to give approval and funds to construct new MMTS halt stations on Sanatnagar bypass line near Loyala College, Anandbagh and Upparguda for benefit of residents and employees.
Construction of Rail Nilayam Halt station at Alugaddabavi (near Sitafalmandi B Cabin) to facilitate staff working in and around Rail Nilayam. Road traffic is increasing day by day and travelling with risk, Rail travel is safer to staff and general public and proud to keep record of ACCIDENT-FREE ZONE.
