Yoga Trainer Aruna Vuthaluru Honoured at International Women’s Inspiration Awards 2026

Hyderabad, March 14, 2026: International Yoga Teacher and Evaluator Aruna Vuthaluru received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the “Aura She – International Women’s Inspiration Awards 2026” in recognition of her valuable contribution to yoga education and community health.
A Level-3 Certified Yoga Teacher from the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, Aruna has been actively teaching yoga for the last nine years, including eight years of international training experience. She has conducted yoga sessions for students from several countries including Muscat, Dubai, USA, and Qatar, through both online and offline platforms.
With over 20,000 hours of teaching experience, she has trained more than 15,000 individuals worldwide. Many of these programs were conducted free of cost to promote awareness about yoga and healthy living.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Aruna organized free online yoga sessions for nearly three months, attracting participants from around 20 different countries, and benefiting nearly 1,000 people.
She has also conducted yoga awareness programs in hospitals, schools, and colleges. In addition, she organized special yoga sessions for school children to help them manage exam stress, and corporate yoga programs for employees to improve workplace wellness.
Through regular yoga practice under her guidance, many people have reported relief from health conditions such as PCOD/PCOS, back pain, neck pain, sciatica, varicose veins, and stress-related problems.
The “Aura She – International Women’s Inspiration Awards 2026” ceremony was organized by Moard Srinivas and Vamsi at Vasavi Club, Khairatabad, Hyderabad. The event was attended by prominent guests including Babu Mohan and Prudhvi Chittibabu.
On this occasion, the Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Aruna Vuthaluru by actor Prudhvi Raj.
